I have so many new things to show you; most of which are my childhood drawings that inspire such laughter that they must be shared.

Once upon a time I did a bunch of really awful paintings. They mostly looked like this:




That particular peice now looks like this:



And there are 10 more that now resemble this:




This is the third time in my life as an artist where I have taken old paintings and painted right over them. The habit of self loathing started in High School. Soon enough, I'm sure these will have a fresh coat of gesso over them once more.


I will probably keep painting over old work until I get that stroke of genius.
